SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently MacIntak Computers Inc. will ship only to the internal 48 states of the US ONLY.
How long does shipping take?
Due to the variety of orders, shipping can take any amount of days. If you are ordering something please inquire about shipping by contacting us before purchase.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Taxes for NY State will be charged upon each online and in-store sale.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Returns are ONLY available for certain items that malfunction within 30 days of purchase. Any item that has hardware malfunctioning is eligible for a return IF the item has no physical damage or user-incurred damages (liquid exposure to electronics, marks from drops or bumps, etc.)
Do you refund?
Refunds are not available currently, however exchanges can be made if the item malfunctions or works improperly during the first 5 days after purchase, given there are no user-incurred damages.

What forms of payments do you accept?
MacInTak Computers Inc. currently accepts payments in Cash, Credit, or Paypal.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
All used and refurbished items are sold with a 60 day or 2 Month Warranty.
In the exceptionally rare event that a used refurbished item sold by MacInTak Computers Inc. becomes non-functional, or experiences some sort of hardware failure during this time, MacInTak Computers Inc, will repair the failed, or malfunctioning part at no, or in few cases, a limited charge to the customer.
